These terms apply when you use APNA LIVE. By using the app, you agree to follow these terms, community rules, and applicable laws.

Use Of The Service

APNA LIVE provides live rooms, audio rooms, chat, gifts, wallet features, social features, games, and creator tools. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your device and login access secure.

Community Rules

• Do not post illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, violent, exploitative, or privacy-invading content.
• Do not harass, impersonate, scam, manipulate rankings, abuse gifts or payments, or attempt to bypass moderation.
• Respect room hosts, moderation actions, seat rules, microphone access, chat rules, and direct-message privacy controls.

Wallet, Gifts, And Payments

Coins, gifts, VIP benefits, Lucky Packet activity, and other in-app items are governed by in-app rules and applicable payment policies. Fraud, chargeback abuse, fake payments, stolen accounts, and manipulation may result in restriction or account termination.

Moderation

Depending on severity, APNA LIVE may warn, remove content, hide content, mute, kick, restrict direct messages, restrict wallet functions, suspend host tools, ban accounts, or report serious cases to relevant authorities.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from Profile in the app or through account-deletion.html. Some records may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, tax, payment, or dispute purposes.
