Information We Collect
- Account and login data: phone number, Firebase authentication identifier, app user ID, display name, profile photo, bio, role, VIP status, level, and account status.
- Device and security data: device ID, model, brand, operating system, app version, IP address, login/session data, ban and fraud-prevention signals, diagnostics, and crash information.
- Profile and social data: followers, following, friends, blocks, privacy settings, room roles, agency or host status, profile updates, and public profile information.
- Live and communication data: room participation, microphone/camera access for live features, chat messages, direct messages, seat activity, moderation actions, and room activity logs.
- Wallet, gifts, and payment data: coin balances, gift transactions, recharges, premium DM credits, Lucky Packet activity, withdrawal or host earnings information, and payment status. Payment providers may process payment details directly under their own policies.
- Media and uploads: avatar images and other content you choose to upload or share in the app.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account, authenticate login, and provide customer support.
- To operate live rooms, audio/video streaming, chat, gifts, games, wallet, leaderboards, notifications, and creator features.
- To process transactions, maintain balances, detect fraud, prevent abuse, enforce rules, and resolve disputes.
- To improve app performance, diagnose issues, maintain service reliability, and protect users.
- To comply with applicable law, lawful requests, tax, accounting, payment, and platform policy obligations.
Camera, Microphone, And Permissions
APNA LIVE requests camera and microphone permissions only for features where users participate in live video, audio rooms, live streaming, voice chat, profile media, or related realtime communication. You can deny permissions, but some features may not work.
Sharing Of Information
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including cloud hosting, Firebase authentication, realtime audio/video SDK providers, payment processors, analytics/diagnostics providers, customer support tools, and legal or compliance partners. Public profile details, room activity, chat messages, gifts, leaderboard information, and host or agency information may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your privacy settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including authenticated API access and encrypted transmission where supported. No online service is completely secure, so users should keep their account and device access protected.
Retention And Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain safety, and enforce our terms. You can request account deletion in the app from Profile or from the web page at account-deletion.html. When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify account data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, payment, legal, tax, or regulatory reasons.
Your Choices
- Update your display name, profile photo, bio, and privacy settings in the app.
- Control camera, microphone, and notification permissions from your device settings.
- Block users, manage followers/following privacy, and use in-app support options.
- Request account deletion or privacy support by contacting support@apnalive.in.
Children
APNA LIVE is not intended for children where parental consent is required by applicable law. If we learn that we collected data from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate deletion or restriction steps.
