Account and data deletion
Delete Your APNA LIVE Account
You can request deletion of your APNA LIVE account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting support from outside the app.
Delete From The App
- Open APNA LIVE.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Request Deletion From The Website
Email support@apnalive.in with the subject "APNA LIVE Account Deletion Request". Include the phone number used for login, your APNA LIVE app ID if available, and any details needed to verify ownership. We may ask for additional verification before deleting an account.
What Is Deleted
- Profile details such as display name, avatar, bio, and app account record.
- Social data such as followers, following, blocks, and privacy settings.
- Wallet balance records, gifts, app activity tied to the deleted account, and eligible messages or notifications.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, tax/accounting obligations, moderation history, or protection of other users. Retained data is limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Timeline
In-app deletion is processed immediately where technically possible. Email requests are reviewed after account ownership is verified. Most valid requests are completed within a reasonable period unless additional review is required.
